Our case assessment is a tool that can help attorneys inventory and organize the economic aspects of their case. This service helps you to more efficiently tackle the economic damages aspects of your case and to manage the parties’ expectations. Issue Conceptualization
EPR understands that many cases are not straight-forward and involve volumes of information. We will help you sort through the documents to identify and organize relevant economic issues, undertake third party research on key issues, and prepare background information briefs to help you conceptualize, present and defend your client’s damages case.
Economic Opinions
